I had issues with the 51st and mingo location. The Sheridan location and manager provided excellent customer Service for getting new DOT med card. I highly recommend this location. My visit was fast, and everyone was very helpful.

I had a great experience at CONCENTRA for my pre-employment drug screening. The entire process was smooth, professional, and efficient from start to finish. The front desk staff was courteous and organized, and check-in was quick and straightforward. The medical staff explained each step clearly and made the process comfortable and stress-free. I appreciated how respectful and discreet everyone was throughout the visit. The facility was clean and well-maintained, and I was in and out much faster than I expected. I highly recommend CONCENTRA for anyone needing a professional and hassle-free drug screening for employment.

The care I receive was very good. The only problem was the wait time. The first time I went in was a 3 hour wait. I went back on Friday for the to check my stitches and bleeding. With an appointment I waited over and hour. Went I went to get the stitches out it was less than 30 minutes from when I went in, until I left. The doctors and nurses were kind and did there job very well.

For as busy as this location is, I'll give them credit where it's due, they're still faster than the location on Mingo Rd 🤣 This is one of the few locations in town I don't mind going to. The staff are always friendly, and they work their butts off to get patients back ASAP. But that doesn't mean they slack in quality. If anything, they're just efficient at what they do. That being said, they are still a very busy location, and the wait times despite this can still get long. Still better than Mingo though 😆

I was told this location is always busy. I arrived @ 7:40am & there was a line forming outside. Once inside there were only two ladies in the reception area with ten people in the line. One decided the coffee bar was more important than the line of people waiting to be served. I was served in a timely manner probably due to the nature of my visit. I wouldn't returned to this location, other locations seem less busy.
