Dr Yang and back clinic staff are awesome very attentive and knowledgeable. Front desk ladies could use some work. Not friendly & cannot multitask. I asked for a printout of my lab results (something that should take maybe 3 minutes tops) & she rudely said i’d have to wait until she was finished getting the people ahead of me checked in. I don’t understand why it’s so much work/ time consuming to print off results… felt like she wanted to do the bare minimum & isn’t capable of multi tasking

Pronto and efficient process from check in to service needed. The staff were friendly kind and all had warm smiles!!

It didn’t seem like the doctor cared too much to make sure we were healthy just told us the virus results. The staff was all nice, the location worked well for us and we got in right away. The pricing was high for just getting Covid & flu test results. Doc didn’t even look in my mouth, nose or ears when I have cold symptoms, Covid and high heart rate. It was fine, just thought he definitely could have been more thorough for what you pay for. The papers they gave us from the visit didn’t even show the test results.

I waited over an hour and a half to be seen. No vitals were done, nothing…but my weight is marked about 30 pounds heavier than I weigh…my bp was never recorded and it’s documented at an absurd rate as well. They even have my height a whole four inches taller than I am. They should just stick to the drug texting and work comp things that are clearly more important than sick patients

Walked in for a respiratory issue and was completely ignored when walking up to the desk. When I finally was acknowledged the lady at the front (red hair) was rude and said it would be an hour wait because the doctor was on lunch. At 240 when the place closes at 5? There was only 1 other person waiting. Very clear the staff was annoyed that I was even there. Went to Medwise Urgent Care and was treated wonderfully and seen right away. SKIP THIS PLACE AND GO TO MEDWISE!! Its flu season and to treat patients like shit is unacceptable.
