The facility is an absolutely beautifully clean facility and the wait time was virtually nothing. Nurse came right in followed by Ted the nurse practitioner. Both were very kind. Ted was very thorough on my situation. Gave me some advice that I didn’t ask for but well accepted and I got out just about as quick as I got in. Prescription went into Walmart, which was right across the street. Nothing but an A+ service on this facility and this team from receptionist all the way through to the exit door, young lady.

If I could give this medical provider a NEGATIVE rating I would. The office staff was friendly, the nurse seemed very kind. The nurse practitioner Rachel Reynolds needs to find a different career. I am sure to some she must seem incredibly kind but in the medical field you have to be able to recognize potential problems and be able to work up potential suspects to steer your patients back towards health. Instead Ms. Reynolds looked at my extensive medical background and got scared. I don’t blame her my extensive medical history can be absolutely terrifying but to go so far as to know a patient has severe asthma, MCAS, and other severe issues and then dismiss them without so much as a chest xray or flu test is extremely alarming. Then to ask what is it you want me to do for you and then proceed to lecture me and berate me on why you think that’s a bad idea just shows me how incredibly incapable you are at your career. Not every patient presents as your medical textbooks have instructed. Some of us live outside the line. Just so you know I took your discharge paperwork and I saw another doctor who was shocked at your medical advice. I will be filing a formal complaint against your license. I wish you all the best in your future endeavors.

The only thing I didn’t like about Medwise is that they don’t automatically share my medical records with Saint Francis however the records are available and certainly transferable. What I did like was everything. I’m in my 70s and very experienced with medical offices so when I say that this office is run better than any medical office I can recall being in, then I think that’s a profound statement. I’m met four of the employees and every one of them was professional, proficient, friendly, and accommodating. For minor emergency care I’m going to start going to Medwise instead of Saint Francis.

The people at the facility that I went to at Med Wise at 68th and Memorial they are the friendliest kindest people and they really just take time to listen to you. On my way out even the receptionist said goodbye and wished me a nice day. You would recommend that facility to everyone.

Ted was very educational and had great bedside manners. The facility was nice and clean. They got us checked-in, seen, and our medicines sent overall within an hour.
