This was my first time to visit this clinic since it has become a Utica Park urgent care and I had a great experience. The PA was wonderful - took time to talk through everything with me. The other staff were great as well. Also love that they take appointments online and via phone call.

I was in a lot of pain and throwing up constantly- it turned out to be a kidney stone that was 5mm - they couldn’t do much and were very honest about it and sent me to the ER. I’m not sure which doctor and I cannot remember the nurse but I was in a LOT of pain and they were very kind and quick about everything. I wanted to say, “Thank you” for getting me in and taking care of me. You treated me much better than the ER

PA Dan was fantastic and very thorough. Also kind and funny. The nurse was also very kind. I'm not much on wanting to hang out at a medical facility but my experience here was very remarkable. I would definitely go back here if needed.

Easy quick check in. From the front desk to the nurse onto the doctor was a quick and easy experience. I didn’t feel rushed while seeing the doctor at all. She was very thorough and helpful. She explained everything.

Suggestion: Print sports physical forms for your patients (from the OSSAA website) instead of making families print them off. We showed up, and the receptionist said we had to print the forms. So got online, emailed the form to a local print shop, and drove around for an extra 30 minutes. We decided to go to another clinic nearby and they said they will print the forms for their patients. Sadly, you lost our business because of this poor experience.
