It was a slow time as far as number of people waiting so I got in pretty fast. The practitioner took time to listen and do an exam. Sent me on with a prescription. It took most of 3 days, but Zi am feeling better for now. I am following up with my dentist tomorrow.

We showed up to get X-rays of daughters hand, we were the only people there at 2pm. After completing paperwork wife stood up at counter waiting to turn in the paperwork and the front desk girl was behind the corner having a conversation and laughing so my daughter knocked on counter to get her attention. She front desk girl finally came around corner and gave my wife a bad look the just sat down the paperwork and went back around the corner to finish her conversation, then after she was done she came back and input our info and checked us in. Then waited almost another 10 minutes to be brought to back to see doctor. We ended up being there for an hour everytime they would leave room I’d hear them outside talking and they would re-enter our room after conversation was finished.

Scheduled online, signing in was quick, no paperwork, wait time was not long, friendly staff and great bedside manners. The Dr and nurse listened to my ailments and fixed me up as best they could and I was back home in no time with meds delivered from my pharmacy. No complaints! Thank you for the work you do!

I was extremely appalled at the condition of this clinic. We had to wait outside in the middle of the summer over an hour past our appointment time due to construction. There was no space available inside to wait so patients sat on the curb outside the door. This is unacceptable for a health care facility. The interior was absolutely filthy, damaged, and not fit for providing services. The exam room did not have any handwash sink or sanitizer, therefore the providers did not have clean hands before touching my daughter. Zero introduction or name tags on the staff members so who knew what their role was as they entered the room. I did not feel safe or comfortable here and was on the verge of leaving had I not already waited over an hour with my sick child. I’m filing a complaint with my insurance provider that they would endorse services at this clinic.  I would never come back here and recommend others to pick someplace else.

Went here for a quick physical and TB test for a job and they were very quick and thorough.
