I was able to schedule an appointment online at 1100 at night for the next morning, when I arrived I was only in the lobby for 3 minutes before being called back. The tech and NP were kind and welcoming and full of empathy and expertise about my condition. Total appointment took less than 20 minutes and I was completely satisfied, I will definitely go there again should I need urgent care.

This is the worst urgent care ever! The Dr didn't even prescribe ibuprofen for back pain very push us to take ambulance and go to emergency room because we didn't accept the ambulance, she send the next patient in ambulance... never come back here I feel like they just stole our money..

My husband went in for care because of an injury he got over the weekend. The check in desk was kind and quick. The nurse who saw us did not listen and wrote down notes that weren't accurate about why we were there. The doctor did not listen to us and was clearly irritated and just wanted us out. We are not satisfied with our care. Update: We went to Hillcrest where we were told to go to the emergency room by the PA at Utica park and they confirmed that there was no reason for us to come here and that my husband could have gotten x-rays at the urgent care and gotten a release form for his job signed off and that our time has been wasted.

this is my favorite urgent care. they are super kind and treat me well. I’ve never waited in the lobby more than 15 minutes, super quick! every nurse, receptionist, and doctor is so nice and helpful and actually seem to care vs writing you off. they will listen and come up with treatment plans and I appreciate them taking me seriously. I would definitely recommend my friends and family to come here because I receive the best treatment from this urgent care and I appreciate you all so much.
