Called at 7:15 pm and let them know I was 1 hour away. I was told no appointment needed, come on in, no problem being seen. I arrived at 8:30 pm and was greeted immediately by receptionist, with we're not takeing anymore patients. She was very rude! Said i didnt talk to her on phone. No apologies at all. I understand needing to close, but I was there 2.5 hrs before closing. At least be apologetic for the misinformation, even if you dont like your job.

I visited Warren Clinic Springer Tuesday Nov. 4th and the 6th during which I was dealing with a terrible stomach infection. Tuesday I arrived at 10:30, wait-time was a bit long but that’s expected at a urgent care. I was seen by two paramedics and got labs drawn; quick and painless. I was also ordered an x-ray by the provider I was seeing, Dr. Jennifer Davis (PA) — she was very understanding and sincere and seemed to very much care about my wellbeing and getting better. Wait time for the xray was extremely short and quick. I was feeling lightheaded and unsteady so the xray tech (whom I can’t recall her name) was very sweet and gave me a wheelchair so my father could wheel me around. Afterwards the wait-time to be seen back into the urgent care clinic was pretty lengthy but they were busy. Dr. Davis ordered me a CT scan and I went to an alternate location for that (which was extremely long, however the receptionists were very sweet). When I returned I had to wait to be seen again to have my IV insert removed, which again, took a while. I was able to obtain a work excuse pretty quickly and was out with ease with a treatment plan. I returned the 6th to get a work excuse and unexpectedly had to wait in line but once I was seen I had a xray to double check which was quick and simple, I was out much quicker however I wasn’t really needing a full appointment. While I was out for a week, I have since returned back to work feeling better than I had before I got ill. Despite wait times, I definitely recommend Dr. Jennifer Davis if you’re feeling unwell. The wait can be a little inconvient and upsetting, however she is very attentive and will listen to what you’re saying/describing and will help administer a treatment plan to recover. Would visit again.

I visited Warren Clinic Urgent Care at the Springer location after being injured at work and requiring stitches. While the doctor who actually performed my stitches was exceptional and did a great job, unfortunately the rest of the experience was extremely disappointing. When I arrived, I had significant bleeding and blood on my clothing, yet no one offered assistance to help clean up or ensure I was okay beyond the stitching itself. After receiving six stitches, I was told I needed a medical boot, but was informed they didn’t have any available. Instead, I was given crutches and sent on my way — despite the fact that I had my five-month-old baby with me and needed to carry my child. I was not provided with any gauze, cleaning supplies, or wound care instructions to maintain the stitches at home. No one informed me that prescriptions had been sent in, what medications were prescribed, or where they were sent. The next day, my prescription still had not been sent to the pharmacy, forcing me to call the clinic. I was told it would be resent, yet it still had not been received. As a patient leaving with stitches, basic wound care supplies, clear instructions, and follow-through on prescriptions should be standard. Instead, I had to go out the next day with my children to buy supplies just to care for my wound. Again, I want to acknowledge that the doctor who performed the stitches was excellent. However, the overall patient care, communication, and support from the rest of the staff was very disappointing and made an already stressful situation even harder.

If I could give a zero it would be appropriate I came in with a child at 10:22 PM, The site closes at 11, but they were already in closedown mode and told us they don’t have any availability. Only one patient in the waiting room! So glad they were getting off early tonight!

Pretty terrible. All I asked was what type of TB tests they offer and the front desk transferred me to the nurse station over and over which is fine, but then they just hung up. Why can't y'all just put me on hold and ask someone who knows? Front desk is so incompetent.
