All of the staff is friendly, professional, and genuinely very caring. This is where I always go in case I can't get into my PCP. I don't have any hesitancy in recommending this Urgent Care for medical needs. They are awesome!

I was very impressed with this urgent care. This was a surprise how kind, fast, knowledgeable each worker was to me. From the older lady at the front desk to the young girl that took my stats to the PA that oversaw my care. Each step made me feel comfortable, listened too valued as a patient. I was in out under an hour. The office inside- outside was clean, inviting.

This particular Xpress Wellness Urgent Care is on the east side of the street on the north end of Tulsa Hills shopping mall and just across the street from Chik Fil A, which is on the north side of the street going to Lowe's. I called ahead to confirm drug care collection times, which I highly recommend. I was told "we close at 8 pm, although I suggest being here by 7 pm as (being an urgent care) it may take some time to get back there for the collection". This was on a Thursday. I thought the staff was very polite and wait time as short as one could hope in an Urgent Care setting. I was there for a pre-employment drug screening, and actually enjoyed meeting the staff. The lady behind the counter was very nice despite thinking she was not so nice on the phone LOL (I called to confirm hours of collection beforehand). Abbi, the "Collector" was a sweetheart! Professional, friendly, courteous, and welcoming. Oh, and they have TWO TELEVISIONS...in the lobby, of course ;) The water is shut off in the collection bathroom, and the water is a blue color, which I believe changes color or something to indicate a "non-standard" sample if you will. There is a storage locker just outside of the collection bathroom to place your belongings; it is not locked, but there is a magnet with a hook on it that goes through the lock tabs. There is only one collection bathroom I observed so I felt my belongings were safe while I was in the collection bathroom. When I arrived I was directed to scan a QR code to fill out the typical paperwork one is asked to complete upon arrival at an urgent care. I thought "this is only a pre-employment drug test" and thought it a bit unnecessary to fill out so much paperwork, but it was pretty easy as it was done on my phone. I decided to not go into detail on some of the questions e.g. "insurance or self-pay" where I put "self pay" because I didn't want to fill in all the insurance just for a pre-employment drug test someone else was paying for. Due to the speed of service (there were three people in the lobby when I arrived), the friendliness of the staff, and the "ease" of filling out the typical urgent care paperwork on my phone instead of forms I give this business a FIVE.

If I can avoid it, I am never returning to this facility. I took my first pre-employment drug screen over almost six weeks ago. Then I waited two weeks to hear anything about the results. Oh, no results at all. Why? Because the shipping service they use, UPS, apparently lost my specimen. When told this, the girl who informed me of such said those kind of incidents happen more than what people know. Wow. If it is obvious that the company used for shipping these lab specimens is inept and loses samples, why would anyone with two live brain cells still utilize such?! I returned to take my 2nd pre-employment drug screen which also took two weeks to get results. I took it on a Friday but the lab decided not to even look at the specimen until Thursday of the next week. By then, the pH levels were off so inconclusive results. Now the employer just basically said forget it. So thank you guys for costing me an awesome job that I badly needed. How this place is still in business can only be the result of this state being last in education.

I was the second customer there there was one car in the parking lot. It took over an hour and a half for them to call me back and then they did x-rays and a pee test and that took another 2 1/2 hours I was there because I had a slip and fall at work. They prescribed me muscle relaxers nothing for the pain. I clearly have bruising all over my back. I fell and hit stairs. They gave me nothing for the pain. I called the next day requesting something for pain and she was gonna call me back after speaking with the doctor and we’re now on the next day and I’ve still not heard anything back from anyone. I would not recommend the service to anyone.
