I had a great experience at AFC Urgent Care. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, professional, and efficient. The front desk team made check-in quick and easy, and I didn’t have to wait long to be seen. The medical provider took the time to listen carefully to my concerns, explain my diagnosis clearly, and answer all of my questions without rushing me. The facility was very clean and well-organized, which made me feel comfortable and confident in the care I was receiving. I truly appreciated how compassionate and attentive everyone was throughout my visit. If you’re looking for prompt, high-quality medical care without the long wait times of an emergency room, I highly recommend AFC Urgent Care. I would definitely return if I ever need urgent medical attention again.

I came in because I fell and hurt my elbow. I had such a great experience here! Everyone was friendly and helpful. Krista and Mary at the front desk were smiling, Crystal was funny, and Cindy was attentive to my needs. The lady Latosha too who took my x-ray was very gentle. Will be returning soon!

Quick! Had me and my daughter in and out. Krista and Mary at the front desk was very helpful and kind. And so was the MA crystal and also wanna give a big thank you to Cindy very patient. 10/10 recommend!!! Clean, smells GREAT! & i love the Christmas decorations.

I had a great experience at urgent care thanks to Crystal. I was having trouble hearing, and she took the time to properly check my ear and help clear the issue. She was patient, professional, and really knew what she was doing. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients and takes pride in her work. Crystal made me feel comfortable the entire time and handled everything smoothly. Honestly, she’s amazing at what she does and truly deserves a raise.
