I want to commend the staff (front desk) professional young ladies for the best customer service I experience. Their politeness and kindness goes unnoticed and should be recognized. I wasn't feeling well when I walked in but they made me smile. They addressed me properly and very respectful. Customer service at its best!

I had a great experience at American Family Care in Roxboro. Nahomie took care of me, and she was wonderful. She was kind, professional, and made me feel comfortable during the visit. I had my first visit for AFC and I was handed with good care. The ladies at the front desk Beatrice and Ciani were very helpful with me through the entire process. I didn’t wait long at all for Dr.Nahomie she was very polite and helpful as well. Everyone was respectful and friendly .
