This is the WORST URGENT CARE ON RIDGE! They denied service for me while I was having really bad chest pains and strep! I’ve explained my situation and the man refused to give me service! They didn’t want to get their manger or supervisor involved. Please don’t go there they are not good with the job they’re doing and horrible medical advice! I highly recommend y’all get new workers and a different policy! People need help in the city and yall not the ones who we can go to!

I showed up with a tiny piece of glass in my foot and so many things went wrong. 1) the doctor didn't numb me, so i felt every single jab, squeeze, and poke 2) she only used a thick pair of tweezers, which were way too big for the tax at hand and didn't do anything to bring the glass to the surface 3) she tried to get the glass out for exactly five minutes and then was like "okay you need to go to a different urgent care with an xray machine to confirm this is out" 4) when i got to urgent care number two, they very gently told me that anyone who went to medical school should know that x-rays can't show tiny debris, so the only way to tell would be lack of pain from the glass in my foot. Needless to say, I will never be returning to Everest and will consider the copay i paid to be the worst $70 i've spent in a while. Don't go here if you want good medical advice!!

The people were polite, just a little short staffed. Definitely quicker than an ER trip

I had a swollen knee and was refused service. I was told by the nurse practitioner Joseph Bucher to go to the Emergency Room without being examined and informed they had the right not to see patients for medical services. The receptionist then told me they were not not my PCP, primary care physician. This is definitely horrible behavior from health providers.
