I was really grateful this urgent care was open on weekends! I woke up with an awful sore throat and earache. They saw me quickly and I appreciated the thorough exam. Dr. Pullman was very friendly and professional. He completely explained the diagnosis, the prescription, and next steps to feel better.

I had severe pain in my right hand, particularly my thumb. We just moved into the downtown area, and it was great to hear of an urgent care place, so close to us. It was clean, inviting and efficient. Medical team was great and patient, took an x-ray and suggested a treatment plan in the short term and long-term. I was very impressed with the place, The admin staff and the medical team.

I’ve been to Jefferson Urgent Care several times over the years and they consistently provide excellent care. Most recently, I was especially impressed by the bedside manner of the doctor, kind, attentive, and reassuring. The entire staff is always courteous and very mindful of the emotional needs of their patients, which is something often overlooked in medical settings. When a situation requires care beyond their scope, they are very clear about the need to go to the ER, which builds a lot of trust. I’ve also found that if you go early in the day, the wait is very reasonable. I always try to arrive right when they open. They also offer online scheduling, which I haven’t used myself but appreciate as an option. Overall, this urgent care stands out not just for the quality of its medical care, but also for the compassion and respect they show patients. Highly recommend.

Everyone from the front desk on back were absolutely wonderful. They took time to listen to what you had to say and explained everything so that I could understand it. They were the kindest group of people and I mean every last one of them. Also, my wait time wasn't long and the young lady who was working at the front desk was the sweetest. I would definitely recommend Jefferson Urgent Care.

I came here with a cold on a weekend because I have asthma and was concerned about waiting too long for an appointment with my regular doctor. I was in and out very quickly. They were really helpful and listened to my concerns. I frequently have issues with doctors dismissing my concerns about my asthma because of my age, but that was not the case here. The doctor I saw today also saw me a year ago at a different Jefferson urgent care and remembered me! I would definitely return again.
