The staff is excellent. Extremely sweet and empathetic. I love this facility, it is easily accessible. I live in the County. Unfortunately, many of our good medical facilities are closed down. I fell in love with everyone there. I really enjoyed Dr. NOI WALKENSTEIN. She is so attentive and exactlywhat I was going through. I really recommend you visit if you are in need of health care. I was sad because my vist was on my birthday but they're lovely mannerisms and smiles made me feel happy again. I want to thank the entire staff, you all are very special individuals.❤️

I was met with so much resistance getting my daughter into an urgent care for a school enrollment physical. Found myDoc on Google and gave them a call. Starting with the phone call, the person was so kind and helpful. Got an appointment set up for the same day with no problem. When we got to the office (quite a bit earlier than our appointment time) they were so accommodating. They got us in early and every person we came in contact with was genuinely so nice. It was a much appreciated break from my prior experiences with the other urgent cares. I'd happily make the trip to center City again in any situation where I might need urgent care. Thank you to the awesome team we had today! 💙

I was able to easily make a same day appointment and was seen shortly after I arrived. The Nurse Practitioner at the front desk was absolutely lovely. He had a great bedside manner and was attentive and professional. The doctor who saw me and the rest of the staff were also quite helpful.

Appreciate that you can easily book same day for an acute (but not dire and urgent) medical condition that doesn't require you to visit the ER! The staff and doctor were attentive and friendly and addressed my concern, plus screening and filling out forms is accessible online.

Since the first day I went to MY DOC URGENT CARE the first location couldn’t find my vein. So they sent me to another place which is LABCORE. Then they told me when I went back to MY DOC URGENT CARE they couldn’t find my file so they would of to draw blood again all over to do the testing again. Then afterwards when they told me to come back for the final test they told me they still can’t find my files. So I had to come back the following Tuesday to get the final medical results so I can send it in to immigration 😡🤬 the only reason they even got a star is because I had to so I can post my review they had me wait about a month instead of just seven days. 😔
