It was very straight forward to find the location, and the staff was friendly. I did feel not completely listened to when talking about my injury - which is usually what happens to me so it was much of the same. The wait was not long and I left within an hour of coming in.

Came here after a bike crash. After waiting for 2 hours, seen by a doctor who told me the x-ray specialist is at another location. Not only the front desk haven’t informed me x-ray specialist is at another location when I told her I want to check for broken my arms, she made me wait for 2h. The Doctor was very attentive and caring tho.

I previously received great service here. When I arrived today for my SCHEDULED appointment, I stood outside for 10 minutes, fully checked in on my phone, ringing the doorbell, and trying to call the main office on the phone. The mailbox was full, and nobody let me in. I came here because I needed urgent care. I will not be coming back.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I went in for to get 3 stitches removed. The lady brought in a light so she would see better, looked at my hand and said “I can see clearly I actual don’t need it” . I was confident in her skills, until she got the suture kit out and she went in yo cut the first stitch. She pulled on the stitch and tried to cut something. Then tried to pull the stitch out. She said it wasn’t coming out and when I took a look it looked like she didn’t even cut the stick. I tried telling her multiple times she didn’t cut the stitch and still she kept insisting that it just wasn’t coming out by pulling on it. I finally grabbed the ends of the stitch with my hand and moved it around to show her and she says “okay let’s try” she finally cuts the actual stitch and it finally comes out with barely any tug. She obviously couldn’t see clearly and needed the light. The fact that I knew what the stitch looked like and she didn’t was crazy to me. I will not be going back here for any type of care. It did not make me feel confident that she knew what she was doing since I had to tell her she was doing it wrong ( me with no medical experience)

I visited this location for a workers' compensation appointment. I checked in at 3:27 pm but wasn’t called back until 5:07 pm, despite being the only person in the waiting room at one point. The front desk staff were very friendly and attentive, even checking with the doctors multiple times about when I’d be seen. They seemed a bit puzzled by the delay as well. Unfortunately, the doctors appeared more focused on chatting with each other than on attending to patients. Once I was finally seen, the doctors were polite, but the entire appointment took about five minutes—definitely not worth the long wait. While the staff was courteous, the excessive wait time for a brief visit was disappointing.
