I was pleased to find this urgent care center, which allowed me to schedule an appointment online. The time available worked for my schedule and the clinic was able to get me in right on time. I was treated professionally, and thoroughly enough given the limited nature of my concern, however, they required me to download (another) app to get results and refused to send my records to my PCP. I offered to sign disclosures, but despite presenting themselves as a tech forward practice they simply directed me to a phone number(really, a phone number?) where I was supposed to go to request records. Unfortunately, the phone number directed me to an email box that was unable to take my message; which I couldn’t leave anyway, because of the HIPAA limited nature of my request. So rather than taking advantage of the good product they have, they are not integrating with a health system and I will likely have to repeat my visit with my PCP in two weeks.

I have been here twice and both experiences were concerning. I gave it a second chance because I was in a bind, and also was thinking I had an unusual experience my first time given all the good reviews on here. But both times I came I was ultimately treated with disrespect, overcharged and given treatments that had nothing to do with the symptoms I was presenting. I visited in December with stomach flu and dehydration symptoms. I was up front about this with both the receptionist and a nurse when I checked in. They made me pay my copay first before admitting me to “run a test”. They left me in a room for several minutes, and came back and announced “good news! You’re not pregnant!” I reminded them I had come in to be tested for dehydration and they lectured me that dehydration “is an ER issue” and that I “should never visit an urgent care for that” and made me see myself out without offering a refund. I asked for discharge papers to show my workplace and they diagnosed me with “giddiness” - combined with the secret pregnancy test, this is possibly the most sexist thing I’ve ever experienced in a medical environment. I later fainted and ended up in the ER because I DID have dehydration. I really did not want to come back, but did this past week with a severe sinus infection that was moving into my chest and causing issues with my asthma. It was my most reasonable option due to the time I needed help. The building was plastered with signage about how antibiotics are almost never the answer. I was worried that if I needed one, they still wouldn’t give it to me; and that’s exactly what happened in the end. The doctor asked if my seasonal allergies felt like this and I told her no, they have never even felt close to the symptoms I had. She ultimately decided to diagnose me with seasonal allergies anyway. She told me to take over the counter allergy meds and sleep it off - despite the fact I told them that was what I’d been doing for a week and it did nothing. In the middle of my visit the doctor asked me whether I was comfortable receiving such a large bill (prompted by me asking for a Covid test) and it was then revealed to me that the receptionist had put my insurance in as a second preference, and self pay as first. I had been there over an hour by then, mostly just sitting in a room alone. I had several symptoms blatantly ignored or dismissed and had been given the impression they only cared about my money, not my well being at all. I told them to charge to my insurance as first choice and took the nonsensical diagnosis of allergies. They gave me no care summary paperwork afterwards and it was never entered into my online portal. I continued to get sicker, so I went to a different urgent care the next day. They were extremely concerned about my symptoms and appalled by the way I was treated here, and helped me appropriately.

I was a walk-in and got seen by the medical care team in less than an hour. They gave me a test and had my results and prescription in less than 30 minutes. Overall, good experience. Next time I will make an appointment in advance.

My visit went well after I got pass the receptionist. She had an attitude rolled eyes mouthy. As for the nurse amazing 100 stars as well as the doctor who treated me great service outside of the desk clerk who was on the phone trying to reach the tax people about her taxes. Service was fast as well as efficient.

My experience was excellent. The waiting time was not exorbitant. The practioner was thorough, but brief, concise and to the point.
