They accept walk in but I made an appointment it was a few patients in front of me but they honor my appointment and took me to back I waited about 10 minutes after my appointment time and they call me. The young lady that work the front desk was very nice. The waiting area was clean and have everything you need to feel comfortable.

Visit Itself was excellent but pharmacy company never followed up with a text to designate a pharmacy. I ended up having to make several phone calls to Vybe to get the prescription sent to my pharmacy. Vybe phone help was rapid and helpful. Overall good experience with Vybe but the pharmacy company made this experience difficult. I had to sit at the pharmacy 45 min before I could get the prescription

Not gonna lie, the name did not instill much confidence in me. But the reviews were great and it was the closest place to me for an injury. And I have to say - they were GREAT. Truly I've had some unpleasant experiences in doctor's offices/urgent care/hospital, and these folks were so nice and so attentive to detail! They're clearly doing a lot of work and seeing a lot of people and yet I didn't feel rushed at all and felt well taken care of. I want to also specifically shout out Cece at the front desk, who was so patient with me, made me feel so comfortable, and was just an overall delight to speak with. You folks are doing great work, thank you so much!

While I wasn’t too happy with the PA, I loved my medical assistant Monique. She was sweet and attentive, and went above and beyond. I felt completely safe around her, and could tell she cared through her active empathy. It’s a trait the physician assistants should actively pursue. Thank you so much for your care, Monique! ❤️

I was pretty sick when I walked in. Lovely gal w the beautiful red hair at reception welcomed me with care and attention:) Dawn, the nurse got me set up and comfortable and was thorough and kind. Dr.DeMarco chatted with me, and asked some good questions. He gave me a breathing treatment, and it worked. I feel better than when I walked in. He was thoughtful about prescribing next steps, and meds. And frankly, I loved it. I felt excellently taken care of from start to finish, and I would like to wish these lovely medical professionals all the wellness to surround them. Thank you Vybe on S Broad St! You improved my quality of like today. 🙏🏼 Hopefully, I’ll be laughing without feeling like I’m coughing up a lung, very soon:) 😂
