Partner went in with inflammation of the eye on 6/1. I was there with him the whole time. Had cough and general body weakness. Based on review I’m sure it depends on when you go and the provider that’s on shift during your visit but this day around 3 pm I would give it a 2 or 3 star experience. Pros: -quick and easy process -MAs were very friendly Cons: -PA did not listen, maybe spent a total of 60 seconds in the room. You can tell they are there to deal with you and leave. Definitely said patient had cough and body weakness to the MA and PA in addition to eye issue. Seemed like they only wanted to focus on the eye. Hard of hearing I guess. It was him and maybe two other people there waiting so definitely could have taken more than a minute to speak with him and listen. I get it. It’s a job..but if you had listened and asked more questions you would have also seen the start of an upper respiratory infection. Thanks for what you could do but please just take your time and ask more questions next time. 5 minutes a patient is below the normal 15-20. Don’t worry you’ll still make money.

I feel like urgent cares are usually pretty terrible so it was refreshing to have such a quick and painless experience here. I scheduled my appointment online on a Friday morning and the next available one was in 40 minutes which was perfect. I arrived right on time for the start of my appointment at 9:10am and the place was pretty empty. I was seen right away by the nurse, then the PA. Mr. Keval Patel was great. He was thorough, communicated well, and fully answered my questions. I would recommend this place.

I have come to this specific Vybe Urgent Care location numerous times over the last 5–6 years, and this was honestly one of the most uncomfortable experiences I’ve had as a patient. It’s very rare that I have issues with staff anywhere, which is why I felt the need to speak on this experience. I came in yesterday morning for a very sensitive medical concern and politely asked if I could enter my reason for visit on the tablet instead of saying it openly in front of the waiting room. In response, the front desk employee aggressively handed/threw the tablet toward me and it hit my upper stomach/arm. I currently have an existing work-related injury from January 2026, along with previous back and arm aggravations from an earlier injury, so the interaction immediately made me uncomfortable and honestly nervous to continue the visit. I understand this location appears to be short staffed, and I know from previous visits that the same staff members often handle intake, vitals, height, and weight. I also understand that some patients complete intake online before arriving. I have always tried to be patient and understanding of that. However, being dismissive and physically rough with a patient because they wanted privacy while discussing a sensitive medical issue is unacceptable. Another patient even commented to me afterward, “She’s on one this morning,” which made it clear I wasn’t the only person noticing the attitude and behavior. I will say the actual provider who treated me medically was genuinely sweet, calming, knowledgeable, responsive, respectful, and easy to talk to. She listened carefully to my concerns, made me feel more comfortable once I was finally seen, and handled the medical side of the visit professionally and thoroughly. I truly appreciated her energy and bedside manner during a stressful visit. My issue was specifically with the front desk interaction and how uncomfortable it made me feel as a patient. I had the same woman take my height, weight, blood pressure, and assist in the back afterward, which made me even more uncomfortable. I honestly felt too intimidated to ask for someone else because I already knew there was very limited staff available. Patients deserve privacy, professionalism, and basic respect, especially in urgent care settings.

Fast and easy service. Staff very professional and friendly. Doctor had a few concerns about my high blood pressure and gave me great follow up advice until I see my primary care. Will definitely return to this location for urgent care.

the physicians are always great and really lovely! very knowledgeable and kind. however the staff ladies up front and medical assistant are not welcoming. i've been to this urgent care many times and it's always been the case where the front staff ladies are not the warmest and literally make me feel like i'm a burden. i've seen similar reviews about the front desk staff and it's been consistent with my experience. other than that, the facility is great and the doctors that rotate in are truly incredible (like Dr. Tony Thai!!)
