I liked that so many slots were available for a same day appointment I needed. My appointment was fast and everyone was professional and kind, from the receptionist to the nurse to the Dr. Isla Martinez Iglesias. She was very nice, I had a good experience overall. The doctor explained everything thoroughly to me. The facility is clean and I love the green colors.

I have no idea what has been going on this season but the flu has been no joke! Both of my kids were sick this past two weeks and I severely needed a doctors appointment asap! My primary doctor for the kids were booked for the week so I decided to just go to an urgent care. My middle son is autistic, so I needed to double check his ears for an infection given he can’t tell me what hurts! I walked into Vybe urgent care with NO appointment! And my experience there was so pleasant. The receptionist Ashley (I believe was her name) was so sweet and concerned. I explained everything going on and the wait time was NOTHING. Even the physician(I forgot her name) was super helpful. Turns out they were to the end of their flu, thank god! It’s so refreshing to be able to get healthcare for your children whenever you need to. The receptionist also had a laugh that my son loved. Great experience! Highly recommend

Great customer service, happy staff, I was in the rush to work so I was able to be seen and out. Thanks to Madeline and the other front desk staff I hope you have a wonderful day .

From the gate, it was a pleasant experience. Front desk greeted me with a smile and directed me to the self checkin screen. I waited just a few minutes and was promptly seen by a nurse and shortly after, Dr. Wilkes. She was kind, efficient, and knowledgeable. As were the nurses that assisted her. Overall, I would recommend to my friends and fam. Its a Sunday and I didnt feel that the staff were kickin back on chill mode. A+++

The people people were so very nice. From the check in to the doctor , everyone in between, just disappointed in doctors examination , there really wasn't one; he barely checked it just suggested i should get mri if it cause any more problems. He was very nice though, great smile
