I had a fantastic experience at CareNow. The check-in process was incredibly smooth and efficient. The clinic was spotless, and the entire staff maintained a high level of professionalism. A special shout-out to Dr. Brian, who was absolutely amazing! He provided thorough information and truly took the time to listen to my concerns instead of rushing through the visit. It is rare to find a provider who balances efficiency with such genuine care.

I don’t love HAVING to come to the doctor, but I would come here for everything if I could. Everyone is always so bright and nice and polite. I love them. I had to come today because I’m pretty sure my daughter gave me strep. Sawyer, the intern, seemed just a little nervous but he did great! Very nice kid. This is the only urgent care I’ll go to. 🙂

Always have the best experience here! Shorter wait times, efficient patient care, and sincere medical professionals. Today, Jonathan and Sawyer both had excellent “bedside manner”, were friendly, communicative and professional. This is the only clinic I go to in Nashville when I can’t get over to Green Hills to see my primary care internist. Cannot recommend CareNow Bellevue highly enough!

I had a very frustrating experience at this clinic. I went in for a drug screening for employment and provided my urine sample as instructed. No one informed me at the time that the specimen was insufficient. A full week later, I was told that the sample could not be tested because there was not enough specimen and that I needed to repeat the entire process. If the sample was not sufficient, this should have been communicated immediately while I was still at the clinic so it could have been corrected the same day. Delaying this information for a week has caused unnecessary stress and delays with my employment process. I hope the clinic improves their procedures so other patients do not experience the same issue.

From start to finish this facility gets 5 stars. I had to call ahead and the receptionist was so kind. My wait was short and I was in and out quickly. They called in a prescrition at Publix located right behind their Care facility and I was on my way home in 20 minutes! Great experience.
