Had a great experience today at Care Now in Green Hills. Was seen within 5 minutes of registering and triaged immediately. The P.A. was very thorough and attentive to my needs and prescribed meds that could be purchased on-site for my spider bite. I was in and out in 20 minutes. Highly recommend.

Luz and Stefanie were so kind and made me feel comfortable while taking my vitals and explaining everything. Savannah greeted us with a smile and made check-in super easy. Tami gave me my flu shot and was so gentle I barely felt it. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming, it was such a pleasant visit.

Waited an entire hour and i was signed in for 8am. They only employed one person to do it all in the back of the house and she was nice.. Front desk person was nice. AI has eliminated jobs so place was barely staffed AI has eliminated jobs so I will eliminate them for my future needs.

I come to this location often and always have a great experience with the staff. Today was an exception. The front desk receptionist was not welcoming, seemed to lack customer service skills, and did not seem knowledgeable. She did a NO NO in healthcare...which is to tell customers that you are short handed. Had to verbalize my frustration. A welcoming smile and greeting with eye contact goes a long way for people who have to use your services.

I brought my sister in; she was feeling really sick and thought maybe she had the flu or bronchitis. We only waited a couple of minutes, they were very efficient and identified that she had pneumonia and referred us to a hospital. I really appreciate how gently insistent the doctor was that her recommendation was the hospital, because it turned out she was admitted and kept for two nights. We were in and out within an hour, and everyone was efficient, professional, and kind.
