This location is much bigger and nicer then the last location. Very updated and good sized room . Staff today was very kind. The N.P Becca we saw made the urgent care so much better. She was very kind and explained things very well and was super patient. The front desk gal very very helpful with informing us about the newest changes ect.

This location is the awesome! They are very professional, clean, and caring. Everytime I have come in I am seen in a short amount of time. Very little waiting and the staff is knowledgeable and did a great job of educating and communicating with me. Would highly recommend this location to anyone!

I visited the occupational side of Banner Urgent Care on November 25, 2025 to assist my dad. I cannot say enough good things about the care, patience, and knowledge displayed at this location. Victoria at front desk was more than amazing. Her friendly and warm personality were absolutely appreciated and her problem solving skills were on point! We had an amazing medical assistant come in with the kindest demeanor, I only wish I captured her name. She made us feel very welcomed and comfortable. Dr. John saw my dad at this visit and it further confirmed how amazing this team is. His ability to thoroughly answer questions, and even take time to ensure follow up care with specialist was done was stellar! Thank you all so much for displaying wonderful service.

I absolutely love this place, they're so kind. Anytime I go anywhere else I'm always disappointed. Always seems to be focused on the money rather than the patient. Dr. Taylor Kovac actually looked at me like a person in need.. not a paycheck. 10/10 in every department. Front office ladies were absolutely amazing and also Just as kind. Keep up the good work ladies!

Banner Urgent Care services were very helpful. They took care of my husband as quickly as was possible. The doctor was also quick and informative. It was a pleasant experience.
