Set an appointment and got right in. The whole staff was just great. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. The assistant was kind and explained what he was doing throughout the x-ray procedure. The PA was very knowledgeable and friendly. Went in with a sprained ankle and came out with a fracture. Got a new boot. This was an excellent experience and if I need urgent care again I will not hesitate to go to this location again. I’ll also tell my family and friends. Thank you for taking such good care of me. 😎

Crystal, the front desk receptionist is one of the kindest and most effort giving receptionists I've had at any urgent care in my life. Ryan and Christy, both took amazing care of me. Listen to what I had to say and was concerned about. They offered detailed explanations about the path that they wanted to take and why they felt it was the best. I could never see myself going to any other urgent care after today. This place is by far the best. I don't know why I ever thought banner was acceptable to begin with

This was a nice surprise. After only a short wait all 3 people I interacted with were very helpful, professional and friendly. I appreciated the extra time they took to really figure out what was, and wasn’t, going on. That was extremely comforting. My last experience at a competitor was the exact opposite experience. No tests done, and couldn’t get me out fast enough, causing the extra issues I came in today for. Thank you. This will now be our go to as needed going forward.

I had a reoccurrence of a previous infection. The FNP changed the protocol and I am experiencing relief. My shoulder problem was a deep bruise with nothing broken. A slow heal.

This place is the best urgent care that I have ever been to! I wish that they could be my primary Dr. I give them a 10 star rating. The staff is wonderful, very nice and caring! 😊 The Dr's listened to my concerns, did a chest xray right there, and a nose swab for 15 different heath concerns. Called later that day with chest x-ray results and the next day with swab results! Called in medication 💊 and talked to me more thoroughly about all my concerns. I will definitely go back here if I can before my primary Dr. It's Gateway Urgent Care on Val Vista/University in Mesa! Have a nice day! 😊
