As a person who rarely goes to Urgent care, and would rather stick a needle in my eye, than go to Urgent Care, it was a great experience because the health care provider was incredible! She was knowledgeable, conversational, and provided us with the care we needed with her intelligence! Very pleasantly surprised! She actually seems to like her job! I believe her name is Nadia! Highly recommend coming here if you are in the need of urgent care!

Front desk very nice. Triage nurse very nice. They asked for urine. I gave the urine. Provide came into room and immediately sent me to er. Went to er and was treated for uti. Never tested my urine at Nextcare They asked for. I was charged $80. And then had to spend another $250.00 in the er.

I came here on Sunday when I cut myself pretty badly. The front desk women were very helpful and organized. I didn't have an appointment, so I did have to wait quite a while, but all the staff was very friendly and they temporarily bandaged it so I didn't have to leave it wrapped in my towel. I had to receive a tetanus vaccination while I was there. Victoria Conley is listed as the one who did it and she was so gentle. I am scared of needles but I was shocked by how painless she made it. When the provider, Joel Olmstead came in, he was very informative and helped me feel at ease with what was going to happen. Being sewn up is definitely not fun, but he made it as painless as possible and seems to have done an amazing job! I'm impressed with how well it looks and how kind everyone was during the entire process. This location has some really amazing staff!

The care was great. The employees were great. My only complaint is the time that it took for me to be seen. I booked an appointment online. I arrived on time. I wasn't seen until 2 hours later than my appt time. The staff was apologetic, stating that they only had one practioner working. The lady was very busy. Perhaps, hire more and take the load off of one person.

So I have really good insurance. I go to check-in they tell me it’s an hour and a half wait even though there’s only two other people in the office. After 45 minutes waiting she calls me over and tells me it’s going to be $279.85 to see a nurse practitioner foreign ear infection!!!! The lobby is dirty. The receptionist is unprofessional and rude!!!!
