I had a really great experience at Banner Urgent Care when I brought my son in for a persistent cough and fever. From the moment we walked in, the staff was attentive, kind, and genuinely caring. The receptionist stood out right away—she was incredibly welcoming, patient, and made the whole check-in process smooth during a stressful time. It made a big difference. The medical team was just as impressive. They took the time to listen, thoroughly evaluate my son, and explain everything clearly so I felt confident in the care he was receiving. We never felt rushed, and they made sure my son was comfortable the entire visit. Overall, I’m really grateful for the level of care and compassion we experienced. Highly recommend this location to any parent needing prompt and attentive care for their child.

The staff was awesome. Very friendly and personable. Jessica up front was very kind and helpful. The medical assistant Gianna was a pleasure, even when swabbing my sons throat which is never pleasant she was very gentle. The provider Sabrina Casselberry was very down to earth. Listened and answered all of our questions and concerns. All in all I would recommend this location to anyone! Efficient, friendly and fast!

The check-in staff was amazing and very helpful. We didn’t have our access information, but she was able to give it to us, which was helpful. The doctor and the nurse were amazing as well. Banner health keep doing a great job.

I had a very good experience at the urgent care clinic. The staff was kind, professional, and helpful. The doctor listened carefully and explained everything clearly. The wait time was reasonable, and the clinic was clean and organized. I truly appreciate the excellent care I received.

This has to be the absolute worst urgent care in the valley! DO NOT GO HERE! Banner Urgent Care is just a joke! So me and my family went in last night (a 3 hour visit) and they confirmed we all had the Flu-B. The prescriptions that we were told verbally were not sent to the pharmacy. So, this morning we call to have them send it over and there is no record of it and they won't help us at all. That PA (Brianna Lammers) is off today. Well if you've ever had the flu you know that Tamiflu is a time sensitive medication and must be started within 48 hours. The office staff state that there is nothing they can do. I feel that they just took us for our money and sent us on our way. When trying to talk with a lady who called me back she said I was yelling at her which I was not! I told her I'm very frustrated and very sick. If she wanted to hear me yell at her I would! So because they saw 3 of us at one time and only actually tested myself for the flu, they would not fill a prescription for my son's Tamiflu. I feel that they royally messed up and will not own up to there mistakes. My husband went in there in tears and very frustrated hoping for them to help and they called the cops on him. I will be calling my bank to refuse the charges. WE WILL NEVER USE BANNER URGENT CARE AGAIN AFTER THIS EXPERIENCE!
