Staff are kind, attentive, caring, and truly care about their professions. It’s demonstrated from a bright smile by the Receptionist(s), observant & thoughtful Nurses, and Doctors who consider/keep your interests, options, and health close to their hearts. Truly could not ask for better from an Urgent Care, especially after moving from Pennsylvania where you waited longer for results/to be seen. Thank you especially to the Women's Staff for the continuous support, service, and conversation YOU provide to the people and young women. You are a force that inspires others to get well inside & out!

My favorite urgent care these days! I make my appointment online, always get seen pretty close to the appt time (I realize they can't be exactly punctual in these situations) and they've got the nicest staff with great doctors. Very happy with this location

Did not have to wait long. Everyone was very nice and thorough. I received the care I needed and was able to leave and get my prescriptions right away and then go home. Feeling better now.

My experience at Banner Urgent Care was entirely positive. As a walk in patient I was seen in a timely manner. The nurse who evaluated and ordered testing was helpful and professional. The PA who diagnosed and treated me was also caring and professional. I was in and out in about 1 1/2 hours.

The lovely woman at the front desk was sweet, attentive, and on top of things. The doctor took his time explaining his findings, the reason for my prescriptions, and exactly how and when to apply/take my medications. I felt respected and worthy of his time.
