Had a great experience here! There was no waiting, even though I was early for my appointment. The nurse was very cordial and thorough. And the provider was very knowledgeable about my condition, and had a great bedside manner. There was no condescending here at all, which is something that other providers had a habit of doing. I definitely recommend this Urgent Care for all your urgent needs!

Check in was easy and quick. I was able to be seen within about an hour. The MA listened and noted everything needed for the provider. The provider was caring, thoughtful and discussed my symptoms. I appreciate how he talked thru the symptoms and possible diagnosis. One thing I wish would have been different is if the instructions for the stool sample was given to me instead of just the supplies. I had to redo the sample because I completed it incorrectly the first time. Overall though it was a good experience and I was cared for.

Front desk and NP on duty were fantastic, but it took more than an hour after our scheduled appointment to be seen. Lobby was clean and we felt the care we received was great. Would definitely return!

I am happy with the care I received at Banner Urgent Care at McKellips &Gilbert. The provider was caring, and excellent. She recognized my illness almost instantly, and made sure I had what I needed, including a doctor's note to take appropriate time off. I've also had a follow up phone call several days later

Very sloppy staff. Very loud and aggressive in the way they spoke to each other In Spanish across the center. I was not impressed with the provider as she had no confidence in the diagnosis she was presenting and told me “if it still hurts later go get another x-ray somewhere else, wrists are hard”.
