Deann Leonardi 6 months agoExcellent walk in-service I've ever experienced. Intake service was very easy. Each staff member was very attentive and clear with transition threw out the services. Nothing feels better when the entire services were quick and sufficient.
Austin C 5 months agoMy son had a persistent cough and fever, so I brought him in as a walk-in, the wait was only 5 minutes. The staff was very friendly- in particular Lance, our Dr./PA, was thorough in his diagnosis and explained everything clearly, and most importantly reassured my son he was going to feel better. A great experience overall. Thanks.
Rebecca Morgan-Wetzel 6 months agoAlways easy making a same day appointment. The nurse practitioner I saw wouldn’t prescribe a prednisone. I have a pinched sciatic nerve. It’s not my first rodeo. I’ve had it happen three other times in my life. Then I had to make an appointment with my family doctor to get some relief from the pain. They prescribed me, prednisone to get the inflammation away from the nerve.
Talia Wolfe 2 months agoI’m a banner patient and I can NOT believe how horribly I was just treated by Tamara Moore NP. THANK GOD for telehealth urgent care elsewhere, which took 10 mins and I could do from home. It felt like I was not a valid person in Tamara Moore’s eyes. She ignored my physical experience/symptoms and treated me like I was stupid. I explained my body generally takes longer to remove infections because of autoimmune. She didn’t care. I explained the antibiotics were working (and helping) after 7 days, but the infection was not totally cleared. She did not care. She implied that I was having sex and had an STD. She also acted like I don’t take care of myself. She said the infection in question, doesn’t last longer than 7 days. Which is false. They can take up to 14 days, because WE’RE ALL DIFFERENT. She also stated it wasn’t possible to have an infection if the culture came back negative. Which the physician (at banner urgent care) who initially diagnosed the infection said 30% of infections don’t show up on culture. Someone might want to share this with NP Tamara Moore…. I’ve never been treated so poorly by a medical professional and I’m disabled. It was like I wasn’t a trusted source in my own healthcare nor did my physical experience matter at any point. Again, THANK GOD for telehealth urgent care offered elsewhere who quickly determined I have an infection which typically takes 10-14 days to clear with antibiotics taken 2-3 times a day. SMH. I still cannot believe how horribly she treated me, my husband witnessed it all, and she had the audacity to mark my chart that I’m “abusive”, just for questioning her. Patients are taught to advocate for themselves, but how can we, when a NP is clearly violating every rule of good healthcare, while showing their unqualified and an ignorant medical professional in an urgent care environment. I asked if she was prescribing the antibiotic, and got up and left, when she said NO. THIS CLINIC IS HELPING SPREAD ANTIBIOTIC RESISTANT INFECTIONS BY IGNORING THEIR PATIENTS. Aashna Tiku 7 months agoAmazing experience. Went in for a cut on my foot, and the NP did incredible sutures despite it being more than a day since my injury. Both the NP and MA were so kind and understanding with my needle anxiety. Painless suture removal after 12 days, and now 6 months later, I healed with hardly any scar. I have tremendous gratitude for my experience here.
