Had a pretty good experience, and it went quickly. I arrived an hour early hoping they could work me in early but they couldn't. No big deal. Blood draw was smooth, th psp went well, the radiology team (hometown Seattle) was great and the counter staff were great. No complaints come to mind.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ On Monday January 5th 2026 at approximately 1pm, I walked into Concentra Urgent Care Occupational health service located 1710 W Southern Ave, Mesa, AZ 85202. The staff was great! Front desk got me checked in. Medical staff called me back and was awesome. The Doctor was very pleasant, polite and professional. Thank you Team Concentra.

Terrible, Terrible, Terrible customer service and completely misleading communication. I spoke with Bryanna (front desk lead) earlier today and was told there was a 1-hour wait. I explained that I had kids in the car and couldn’t wait that long, so I asked what the latest time I could return would be. She clearly told me 11:30am, or I could come back Monday. At no point did she mention any patient cutoff limit or that they might stop accepting people before closing. To be sure, I even called back to confirm that 11:30am was the latest arrival time since the office closes at 12pm. I was again told 11:30am. I returned at 11:25am before the time I was given and was turned away. If patients are being cut off before closing due to volume, that needs to be communicated clearly. Your posted hours say you are open until 12pm, and my paperwork states 8am–12pm on Saturday, not “first come, first served until we decide to stop taking patients.” This was a complete waste of my time, and more importantly, incredibly frustrating with children in the car. Zero Stars, thanks Bryanna. On top of that, Bryanna was rude and dismissive, offering no solutions or accountability. Based on my experience, she needs to be trained on customer engagement along with company policies. Turning someone away at 11:25am when your sign says closed at noon on Saturday is misleading and false advertisement. This is not acceptable. Either your staff needs better training, or your policies need to be clearly communicated and reflected in your posted hours. I expect better Bryanna, Front Desk Lead, and Concentra.

I had a follow up appointment at the Val vista and baseline location this morning. Again, the red head gave me dirty looks. I guess she remembered me from last week (look at my review from that location) I’m here at the mesa location on southern. Once again the staff are great!! They are so nice and welcoming. As soon as I walked through the door the check in desk greeted me with a smile and a good morning. I don’t know what it is but that other location on Val vista and baseline needs to take notes. Thank you to the staff here at the southern location. We need more people like you in this world.

Everyone very polite and helped me right away. Got signed in got seen quick treatment was giving. Not in pain was happy for that thank you Carmen Lopez
