I went into urgent care this morning for an issue with my foot, and I had a really positive experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived. Fortunately, I came at a time when it wasn’t overly crowded, though they were still actively seeing other patients, and everything moved efficiently. They were able to do X-rays on site, which made the process very convenient and expeditious. Dr. Lawrence Labeau was excellent, thorough, patient, and took the time to really assess what was going on rather than rushing through the visit. I appreciated how attentive and professional he was, and am grateful he was able to help address the issue quickly and thoughtfully. I'm feeling much better! Overall, a positive experience.

They were amazing! They cared for my daughter who had broked her shin. They were all so kind and comforting from the moment you walk in. The sweet nurse made me feel like everything would be okay and she referred me to a great orthopedic pediatrician!

I’ve been in the medical field personally about 20 years. By far this was the lowest quality of care I’ve ever seen or been provided. Dr failed to provide discharge paperwork. Bragged numerous times he can do an xray and bloodwork and then refused to. Called prior to going in for these specific needs. Was told by front desk they are open and could perform the tests based on pt situation. Front desk was on personal phone and seemed bothered to help despite the visit was on Easter and the facility was dead. The dr was rude and unkept. The discharge attendant was actually abusive and I recorded her along with requesting she exit my room as she was becoming more belligerent in her verbal abuse to me with my family witnessing this as well. As an expert in mental health I recommend going elsewhere. Insurance companies should investigate among medical boards the lack of ethics and lack of following legal duties was beyond severe. I recommend Banner full service urgent care or Mayo etc, over this establishment. They should not be licensed to practice and are harming pts rather than valuing their oath and duty as a medical Dr or providers.

You are not only a patient, your vested in top care the moment your weighed in and your asked your name, to what brings you in today. How can we help you? I was treated , my wound cared for.
