I had an excellent experience at HonorHealth Urgent Care. I came in for significant hand pain and found out their X-ray tech wasn’t in that day. Instead of simply turning me away, the doctor took the time to fully check me out, listen to my concerns, and make sure I was taken care of. She determined I needed an X-ray and personally called another HonorHealth location to confirm their tech was available and ready for me before sending me over. Even with the drive time between locations, the entire process was handled within about an hour, which was incredibly impressive. What really stood out was the follow-up care. The doctor personally called me afterward to go over the X-ray results and explain the next steps. That level of attentiveness and compassion is rare these days. Huge thanks to the whole team for making a stressful situation feel smooth and manageable.

I went in with an open wound, I was met in the lobby with compassion and they wrapped my wound in the lobby before getting stitches. I also forgot my wallet but they worked with me to find my insurance.

The appointment ran on time, and the doctor took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly. The clinic was clean and well-organized, which made the visit stress-free. Everyone there was very kind. Registration was quick and easy. The provider was very easy to talk to and explained everything thoroughly. A great place to know about if you need urgent care without xray services.

This place was a joke, I made an 8:30am appointment and wasn’t taken back until after 10am. Multiple people were checked in after me and taken back before me, when I asked the front desk lady why, she said they’re taking patients based on symptom severity. I had a nasty cough and both of my eyes were bloodshot red, a man that checked in over 30 minutes after me, went in before me for an ingrown hair. When the front desk lady asked where I’d like my prescription sent, I said “the closest Walgreens or CVS nearby, she told me about a cvs 7 minutes from where this building is, and I looked out the window and saw a walgreens across the street. I will not be returning to this place ever again.
