The staff were very polite when I checked in. The nurses took care of me. Great cleaning work on my laceration. Then the Nurse Practitioner, Rick, was so professional and answered all my questions with patience and care. Thank you NextCare Chandler location!

We are just so grateful for NextCare! We always have a great experience at this location and at the one at Baseline and the 101. Such kind staff and providers!! And we were extra fortunate to meet Mindy, who helped us get treatment started right away and was so great with my daughter that she stayed calm the whole time. I highly recommend this group, especially these locations!!! Thank you!!

I had a very positive experience at NextCare Urgent Care. The clinic was efficient, organized, and welcoming from check-in through discharge. Most importantly, Mindi, PA-C was an exceptional provider. She was thoughtful, attentive, clinically thorough, and communicated clearly throughout the visit. I never felt rushed, and I appreciated her calm, compassionate approach and professionalism. The entire staff helped create an environment where I felt genuinely cared for during a stressful time. As both a patient and a physician, I highly value clear communication, clinical competence, and kindness — and this team delivered all three. I would absolutely recommend this location to others seeking timely, high-quality urgent care.

I had a fantastic experience at NextCare after a recent injury. The doctor was absolutely wonderful. I was nervous about needing stitches, but she was incredibly reassuring and friendly throughout the entire process. Her work was highly professional and efficient, you can tell she takes great pride in her craft. I’m very impressed with how clean the stitches look and feel much better thanks to her care. Highly recommend!

I had to go to an urgent care clinic due to my chest pain. I was a walk-in patient. I like the check-in system they have. I didn't have to wait too long. Facility was pretty clean. They have a vendo if you get thirsty while you're there. Staff is nice. Doctors and nurses are knowledgeable. my only thing would probably be that before they do any xrays or anything aside from the checkup, it would be nice to be informed if insurance covers it. I was told in the room that I needed a chest xray. It's cool they have the means to do that right there, but I had no idea it wasn't fully covered by my insurance. It would've been nice to be informed of that before the test was done.
