The urgent care was one of the best experiences I have had in such a setting. The environment was clean and the art on the walls was noteworthy. Upon entering the front desk agent was super attentive and kind. The system to fill out paperwork via my phone was unbelievably easy. My intake nurse and PA were both extremely supportive, knowledgeable, and also very kind. I was in and out. Thank you again. I hope to not have to go back to urgent care but if I do, I know where I will be heading.

Everyone was very nice. They were not busy and I had an appointment for 4. I didn’t get in a room until 4:45. The doctor was very clear in what she thought I might be experiencing but I found it very odd that she never once touched my arm. She made her diagnosis on what I told her. She did check my strength in my hands but other than that, there was nothing. If I would have known that, I could have done the visit virtually and I wouldn’t have had to drive to two different clinics. The first clinic didn’t have an X-ray machine ( just in case I needed one) so they suggested the other clinic 25 minutes away.

I had a flight in the early afternoon, but woke up with a recurrent edema episode that required steroids. They attended to me quickly and Nicole was so quick and efficient with my notes, prescription and discharge. That I was able to go to the pharmacy, pick up my meds, and still make my flight, which was great. I also appreciated the education Nicole provided regarding a possible differential and for next steps. The copay should be less than $50 though (I have BCBS), as it is quite expensive and would be a reason I look at other urgent care options.

I had a wonderful experience from the moment I checked in with the friendly staff upfront. The MA was also very helpful and kind during the screening process. Everyone was so pleasant, and I was able to get in and out in under an hour (walk-in). My provider, Nicole M., was incredibly caring and attentive to my needs and concerns. She took the time to listen carefully and understand what I was dealing with. I never felt rushed or like I was bothering anyone. She’s definitely one of the best providers I’ve ever had.

I have been dealing with a terrible itch keeping me up at night and going on 2 months with little sleep because of it. I've been to MANY doctors with no joy. However, Nicole - The PA (not even a Dr. - just better) discovered what was wrong by spending the time and asking the right questions. She sent me on my way with excellent directions and a couple scripts. She was right. I'm itch free after two month. This place is great. Everyone coming in was seeing the PA very quickly. I was a walk-in and still only had about a 15 minute wait. You can also schedule your appointment online and I would recommend that as you can also then fill out the paperwork. Paperwork is easy to fill out there though, because you scan a QR code and do it on your phone. (You always have the old-school option to do paper and pen paperwork but that could take you longer to see the PA as then the clerk has to input everything) I love this place and it is a far better experience than going to my own doctor (who is booked out two months). You'll be seen right away by professionals who will take the time to make you well. I've been to other Urgent Care centers in the past. Banner was pretty good but I've been to two different NextCare locations now and they are head and shoulders better than their competition.
