I was immediately cared for at Banner as I had a head wound. Everything went very fast and they were extremely thorough. They caught another health problem and I had a scheduling call the very next day.

Got in and seen pretty quickly. The doctor was nice enough. He did fail to discuss some test with me that he wanted to run. And extend my time at the ER by 2 more hours. I expressed my disappointment with that decision and my desire to leave. The nurse that came in to remove my IV from my arm didn't wash her hands or put on gloves and didn't wash her hands after. I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK!!! As you can see in the video there were no gloves in the exam room.

One of the most excruciating experiences of my life. It started great. I arrived, on advice of a nurse, and I was seen within minutes. I thought, wow, we'll get out of here quick. All the basic tests were done in an hour. Then we got dropped into a black hole. They would not let me leave because they were waiting on the results of CT. Even though they found nothing else amiss, we didn't get out of there until 315am. 10 hours!!! No water, no communication for five hours and when the next shift changed, a new doc came on and said all is good, you can go. It was like being in prison!

Initially I was impressed by the friendliness of their staff. But they lost half of my labs and only realized when I started pushing them after two hours. In half an hour they hadn’t bothered to redraw them and by then I decided to just leave. But, the nurse was mad and I could hear her chewing our lab which did make me feel better. I am a physician and I know this is a hard job and a hard department but losing basic labs, never realizing, and this never getting the imaging is pretty weak

If I could give zero stars I would! I was left on a gurney in the hallway, screaming in pain! It took them three hours just to get me pain meds. The first time they attempted to give me pain meds they attempted to give me something I’m allergic to. It’s a good thing. I asked what it was before she put it in my IV. I was not the only person left in the hallway on a gurney, screaming in pain. No, Nurse button, No one even came and checked on me. I had to flag someone down to have them get me help. It was the most awful experience at an emergency room I have ever had, and I will not be returning to this emergency room ever!
