I live really close to this location, which is why I go here at all. What can I say, it's an urgent care 🤷🏼‍♀️ Every time I go back it's a completely different roster of people. Like anything else where there is a rotating lineup, it's going to be a hit and miss. Also, I def feel like the Drs that work at places like an urgent care, these weren't the highest scoring/best performing folks in med school 🙇🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️ But they can give you a script and it's much faster than the ER 👌🏼

My two visits went fine. I was able to make an appointment online for that evening for the first one, and when I walked in on the second evening visit, the wait was not long at all. There were very few patients waiting. The medical staff seemed fine. We still are not sure what my diagnosis is. But that is not their fault. The woman at the desk at closing on my second visit was very nice, sending my Rx to a late night pharmacy so I didn't have to wait until morning to start it. The facility seemed clean and attractive.

My first visit here was great. Staff was very prompt, my appointment went smoothly, they told me to return if I’m still experiencing symptoms. I suppose that was a lie or that they didn’t really mean it. I set up a follow up appointment due to reoccurring symptoms. None of my symptoms or pain were taken seriously. I waited over an hour for them to swab my throat when they weren’t busy. And after owing a copay, I was told to take ibuprofen, which I mentioned I was already doing. Super unsatisfied with my treatment plan. Inconsistent service. Waste of my time and money.

I went with a lot of pain to the clinic. She immediately looked at me and sent me to the emergency room. Thank God, she did. My gallbladder was with a lot of tissue and torn, so she saved my life. Thank you very much don't know the doctor's name but I appreciate it. God bless you you and your hands help a lot of people. God bless you in your way home everywhere.You go

I was visiting from CA and got sick and made an appointment with Banner Urgent Care at this Campbell location. I love how easy it was to make an appointment. The waiting room was clean as were the rooms. Team were friendly and knowledgeable. Wish it was this easy in CA 👍🏼 Thank you for the ease and quick service. Hopefully on my next visit I’m not sick but if I am I know where to go 👍🏼
