I was heavily impressed tonight. Veronica and I had a conversation before I went in and I explained some things to her and she made me feel very welcome to go into the facility. When I got there I was treated with so much respect love and care and was in and out without any problems and I feel so much better. I definitely recommend this hospital to anyone who wants to get treated right. Thank you for everything you've done for me

I cannot say enough wonderful things about the care my son received during our recent hospital visit. From the moment we arrived, we were treated with kindness, professionalism, and genuine compassion. Carrie, RN was absolutely amazing—attentive, reassuring, and always making sure my son was comfortable. Dr. Herrera took the time to thoroughly explain everything, answer all of our questions, and made us feel completely confident in the care being provided. Lily, Student RN was also incredible—so kind, patient, and eager to help in every way. As a parent, it means everything to know your child is in good hands, and this team went above and beyond to make a stressful situation so much easier. Their dedication and compassion truly stood out, and I am so grateful for the care they provided. Thank you all for everything you do—you made a lasting impact on our family!

I had a very positive experience with both Dr. Vicary and Registered Nurse Carrie during my visit. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel comfortable, heard, and well cared for. Dr. Vicary was attentive, knowledgeable, and took the time to clearly explain everything. Nurse Carrie was equally wonderful—kind, professional, and very compassionate. They checked in on me regularly and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. It wasn’t just Dr. Vicary and Nurse Carrie though—everyone at the facility was incredibly welcoming and friendly. From the front desk to the rest of the staff, I felt supported and respected the entire time. I truly appreciate the level of attention and respect I received. It made a stressful situation much easier, and I’m very grateful for their excellent care. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for attentive and compassionate medical professionals.

Not your usual ER visit and a far cry from the chaos of “the Pitt”, lol. A refreshingly surprising experience. We had zero wait time on a Friday afternoon. The staff were great. All were gentle compassionate and friendly with my elderly chatty Mom and helped her get the care she needed. Definitely recommend you avoid the chaos of busier places and come here if it’s convenient. These people are pros and will get on your way again.

First impression was definitely very friendly in the front. Patricia was very helpful and inviting. Very kind. Made it an easy start I had never been there it was my first time. The nurse was very sweet and attentive. Did not rush the process and checked on me multiple times. Monique the x-ray technician was gentle with me knowing I was in pain even though she needed her x-ray. She was insightful and also not only explained to me what the process of potential issue might be but also explain it to my fiance who was waiting in the room. She came back with me and talk to him. Dr Herrera pretty much hit the nail on the head just by the first visit she had with me and having me move around my arm because I did come in with shoulder pain and already have had torn that right shoulder. She said what pretty much ended up showing up on the X-ray and talk to both me and my fiance about what I could do to relieve some of the pain and came back to talk to me more than once so I felt like a very valued patient. All together if I ever have another emergency I would most definitely head back to Saint Raphael's. It was my first time I don't want to be in another situation but if I am in another situation where I am in pain or need to be seen by a doctor I will definitely be heading back. Thank you for the care team at Carondelet.
