When I visited Concentra,I found the staff to be very approachable, extremely helpful, and highly professional. I was genuinely impressed with the level of care and support I received. Prior to being referred there by my employer, I was not even aware that this facility existed. Based on my experience, I now feel confident knowing I have a trusted place to go if I ever need medical attention in the future.

I was amazed at the great customer service I received walking in the door. I’ve been to other centers not Concentra and I have been received. Unfortunately not very well. Wait time was forever. Customer Service was horrible, but not here! At Concentra right away I received a hello How can I help you today? and didn’t wait long at all. I was really pleased at the Customer Service and then the phlebotomist that took my test was very nice and kind. I’m excited. I hope that I can always use this Concentra because other places oh my goodness are so horrible but this one was fantastic especially on a Friday afternoon! I give this one two thumbs up and definitely highly recommend the Concentra!

Best Experience I’ve ever had at a Concentration/Urgent care. The Medical Assistant was so helpful and kind. She went above and beyond to get me taken care of in a super timely fashion. And she also went above and beyond to clean everything being used with my care. The doctor was also fantastic as well! Very knowledgeable and informative. Super personable as well!

The staff was very efficient, kind, and experienced. Got my blood drawn on the first try and a light hand when giving injections. Five stars for a great, quick experience.
