Using the solv application to check in and answer questions made things so much easier. The care at this facility was really good and convenient as well as clean Please keep up the good work. You all made me feel comfortable and explained things easily. I say good job and thank you

Had it not been so quick and easy to get a Sunday appointment at a place with an x-ray and tech, my toes would still be Duct Taped together and possibly damaged. I'm grateful to Next Care on 22nd. Great place! Everyone was super nice and the place is clean and spacious. It was easy to make an appointment online and I was seen soon after arrival. What I thought was a dislocated toe was shown to be broken in two places and needs surgery. I was given a boot, a copy of the x-rays, a referral and sent on my way. Glad I went there.

The office on Pima was fantastic, but the second clinic had no clue. Waited 45 minutes before they told me their x ray guy wasn’t proficient. The third clinic I had to wait until noon to get a Xray…. I spent 4 hours total. Again , Nasser at Pima was top notch!!!!!

I was able to book my appointment right before I went in and do all my paperwork in route to the clinic. I wasnt waiting more than 10 mins and I was seeing a provider. She was awesome, she listened to me, and sge explained everything I needed to know to take care of myself abd when to come back in. My script was sent in to my pharmacy and i was walking out of there 20 mins after I walked in. This place is the best! Thank you

I would normally give 5 stars because service is fast, waiting room is clean, staff is nice and helpful. However I don’t know if that was the charge nurse or Doctor for the day, he was 3 stars. He was too fast and made it clear he either didn’t want to be there or he didn’t want us to be there. He was literally in our room for less then one minute, walked in the door, stood at the door and then left. Last doctor I had the privilege to have help and didn’t have anything to test problem with because he had to send it out but still came in sat down and listened and explained before prescribing medication, he was in our room 10 minutes maybe less, he was 5 stars. Sorry I didn’t get names because I at least would’ve like to acknowledge the five star doctor and avoid the other.
