Pj Sedall a month agoVisit related to suture removal. Easy check in, short wait. The NP and care staff were 5 ⭐ great. However the entire facility could use a deep cleaning as well as more routine disinfectant/cleaning procedures. Would return in urgent need.
Anthony Lost a month agoAshley Muse, FNP, provided excellent care during my urgent care visit. She was professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I really appreciated how quickly she assessed my symptoms while still making me feel heard and cared for as a patient. Her calm and confident approach made the whole experience much less stressful. It’s obvious she’s very skilled at what she does, and I’m grateful for the quality care I received. Highly recommend her to anyone needing urgent care.
Alexandra Wright 3 weeks agoThis place is not good. I called before coming in (because one of the providers here is so bad that I actively want to avoid her) and they told me not to make an appointment. I was a bit reluctant, but obliged. We arrive, and then 4 patients that arrived and checked in after us were seen first because they had appointments. That would be fine, had we not been told that we shouldn't make an appointment. They also don't have the proper containers to store tests to avoid contamination, and it's pretty run down and dirty. Unfortunately its one of the only urgent cares open late in the area. Also, they won't fill out prior authorizations for insurance.
Lisa Love a month agoWell, to tell you the truth, not that great. I told this doctor that I needed antibiotics. I know my body. And I have been suffering even more for the last few days. My throat is raw, and now i'm spiting up this nasty green shit that is turned into an affection. So do I have to come back down to you?And spend another twenty five dollars for him to tell me that I don't need antibiotics again. Or maybe you could just order some for me, so I can start feeling better and not lose any more work. It would be nice if you could get back to me asap. Thank you .A suffering patient that didn't need to be! I haven't slept in days.I'm exhausted and I would appreciate getting back to me. Lisa Love
D. Schneider 5 months agotime and money. I had an appointment, everyone who did the intake was helpful and friendly. The nurse, however, didn't even read my chart or listen to anything I had to say. I paid nearly $300 for her to tell me the medicine I've taken for what I currently have hasn't worked for 5 years, even though it was successful for me less than 2 years ago. She then goes on to say that what they would prescribe is "x". Problem is that the medicine she said they would prescribe would kill me, as is noted in every medical form I fill out. No attempt to figure out if what I am dealing with is something other than what I said it might be. No explanation of anything aside from "we have to wait 10 days before we can prescribe any medicine for the symptoms you're experiencing". This is insane. I have never been taken so lightly or spoken to in such condescending manner by someone in the medical field. When I said that I'd likely be on the mend in 10 days anyways, she said "great! Then you won't need any medicine". Absolutely ridiculous. This is why people neglect going to the doctor. This is why people don't trust doctors and medical professionals anymore. There was no care offered nor provided, but there was definitely still a bill.
