Women, the age and winners practitioner are all great. They were very patient with me. Very helpful when I couldn't fill out my paperwork and I went right back and then there's particular. There was very good at making sure my medicine was already there. By the time I reached there she had everything. I love that one

I forgot the receptionist’s name, but she was incredibly kind, professional, and very helpful with my insurance. Going to urgent care can sometimes feel stressful because you worry about the cost and the time it might take, especially with higher deductibles these days. But my experience here was great. I didn’t have to wait long at all, and the visit ended up being much more affordable than I expected. The whole process was smooth and efficient. I really appreciate the great service and would definitely recommend this location.

I was told I was having a heart attack because of EKG. The person who put the probes on was not very competent and I was told to rush to the ER. The ER ran all their tests. I was there for six hours and there's nothing wrong with my heart so no I would not recommend and would like a refund and my 6 1/2 hours back. We need a zero as an option

Was served relatively quickly although there was a short wait. There were no other patients so could have been a bit faster but compared to other places, decent on saving time. The medical provider was courteous. The test results were inaccurate. I will not elaborate but to say, if labs seem off, get a recheck elsewhere. Because of that, I wouldn't return for anything to do with labs. But for other things, they're on par.

I was treated professionally during the early morning visit yesterday and was referred to another entity for an x-ray. 24 hours later and I've not had any communication from either Urgent Care or the Radioloy office. I called Urgent Care at 11 a.m. yesterday to request a prescription for pain meds. I was told it would be phoned into the pharmacy within the hour. 3 hours later the pharmacy had not received the prescription. I have heard nothing from either Urgent Care or the pharmacy. On the 3rd day I did have a call from Urgent Care explaining the x-ray results. A prescription for pain meds was never called in but I did get a recommendation from the Walgreen's pharmacist for a strong over-the-counter pain reliever which was effective.
