Scheduled an appointment just to wait an additional 2.5 hours to be seen. Staff at the front was completely rude and said just because you schedule an appointment does not mean you have to be seen at that time it's a "nice to have" which I have never experienced at another Nextcare, a patient would walk out grab their discharge paper and it would be an additional 30 minutes before they took another back because they had food in the back for some celebration. I would not recommend this Nextcare location, I think upper management should reevaluate staff and provide a courteous timely and mindful staff. Why schedule appointments, fill out paperwork online, just to be disregarded for an additional 2.5 hours. And we arrived 15 minutes prior to appointment so we followed instructions and they completely disregarded us.

Feeling horrible today and can’t afford to miss work. They understood got me in and out and On my way! Wish health care was always that simple. I’ll definitely use this urgent care again. Their staff was so nice and understanding. Thanks for making this easier!

I was promptly seen. NP efficient, professional, warm and attentive. She made a prompt diagnosis, treatment plan, sent over prescription. By bedtime I was already feeling better. Great experience and as a nurse I’m very attentive to detail. Would go here again.

Quality care received. I had a X-ray done. The wait was ok. All Staff very friendly and respectful introduce self and explain what is going on and also provide recourses and guidance. This has been myself and child UrgentCare for ~ 4 or more years now. Will definitely return.

I made the appointment and drove there..waited five minutes. I was called back. Nurse took my info and vitals 10 minutes or so. Took me to room. Nurse practitioner came in within minutes he looked at my injury..felt around the area..we both agreed it was infected. We discussed the prescription I would need and advised how and when to take. I was in and out in 30 to 45 minutes. It was a great experience.
