This place is GREAT. The young lady (so sorry didn’t get her name) at the front desk was very knowledgeable, compassionate, and polite- a quality severely lacking in the medical field nowadays. My triage nurse was also very sweet and got things moving quickly. My provider, Scott, was equally compassionate and had wonderful bedside manner. I came in there feeling like absolute dog crap with a raging UTI. I was seen quickly and feeling better by the time I was out the door. Highly recommend this place. They have me for as long as I live near by. Thank you all so much! ❤️❤️

Front desk was amazing she is super nice and kind. I typically don't leave bad reviews. However the Dr that came back to look at me was the most uncaring dr I have ever met. I told him my heart was hurting me and my neck from terrible tooth pain. He completely brushed it off. He was in there for 30 seconds didn't do anything at all. Didn't ask any questions. Feels like I completely wasted my money. Extremely disappointing. I usually have a good experience at this place. This guy should not be a DR with the way he treated me.

Best urgent care experience I've ever had. Reception staff made the experience enjoyable due to her friendly and personable personality. Provider was incredibly patient with my long list of questions and had a lot of patience with explaining things I didn't understand. Very grateful for the staff at this location for taking what is normally an anxiety inducing experience and turning it into an enjoyable experience in taking care of my medical needs. Thank you to all staff members for their kindness and friendliness!

I paid a $30 copay for the PA to come in and say you have fluid in my ear and to take ibuprofen. I told her my ear in the outside hurts. With in the next few hours my head and the whole side of my face was hurting. I had to take antibiotics from Mexico because the PA did nothing to help. I will never go back to this facility again. They need to get Doctors in there that actually know what they are doing. Very disappointed

This is my third time coming here in the 8 years I've lived nearby and each time I've had terrible experiences. BUT it's the closest one I could get to before closing at 8pm last night. Our 3 year old son has been experiencing a terrible cough that has gotten progressively worse over the last 3 days. His sister just recovered from whooping cough about 2-3 weeks ago so we knew it was a high probability he has it. The doctor checked his ears and lungs and said it was "probably just a viral infection that's taking longer for him to get rid of", and then asked us if we thought it was whooping cough. uh, yes sir. that is why we're here and made a point to mention it! Despite that answer, he sent us on our way with no recommended meds or advice other than "let it run it's course". He spent less than 5 minutes with us. By the time we left the house and came back home, we were gone all of 25 minutes, just in time for them to close and leave on time! That night our son experienced one of the scariest coughing fits that had him gasping for air between coughs. We took him in to see his pediatrician this morning at 9:00 and what do you know?! HE HAS WHOOPING COUGH! Antibiotics have been called in along with additional cough medicine. Shame on that doctor for ignoring our concerns and not bothering to take into account our his exposure from sister. The one star is for the receptionist who was nice and assured us he could be seen even though it was close to closing.
