Receptionist who answered my call to make an appointment was friendly and helpful. The clinic is easy to find, receptionist reassuring, professional. Clinic well lit and comfortable seating. Very clean waiting room. An assistant was very helpful. Dr Sanchez explained my situation and gave me details about my illness. She described and told me about the medication and told me to alert my primary care doctor about my visit with Nextcare and results. And to make an appointment 14 days from Yesterday for another lab test. She made sure I understood what I am experiencing. She also printed on paper what she told me plus more. I will recommend this NextCare office to anyone. Th a nk you so much. I felt better when I left! Will do as Dr Sanchez directed.

Came in around 3:20 on 6/11/26 both of the front desk assistants were completely tone death.. I asked a simple question about how long it was going because I have work and the girl was very dismissive you can tell that she doesn't form a proper connection with the clients and not to mention when I'm trying to speak to my father about something she had the nerve to try to scold me in the front office for a conversation that had nothing to do with her, I have mental challenges and I expressed that to her yet she said "I don't care what your issues are, I'm not gonna tell you again" and I told her she can't speak to me that way she replied "I don't care I'm not gonna argue with you" girl if you can't handle people don't work at a urgent care there's many people who have mental challenges and whatever their views my be should no concern her, both her and her front desk coworker are completely incompetent and honestly just need new employees TRASH SERVICE AT ITS FINEST

Went to Urgent care and the service was great! Since the receptionist at the front office. Very friendly I could see how she tried her best to help the walk ins that arrived. The rest of the staff and Provider were also great with the treatment. The wait time was reasonable. They had the services in house that I needed. I highly recommend it.

If I could give a zero star rating then I would for the Calle Santa Cruz location. The worst experience I have had yet. I booked an appointment and 20 minutes past the booked time I was told I’m still on a waiting list. They didn’t know when I would be called back. The second I walked in the front desk lady was mumbling and whispering. I explained that I have stage 3 hearing loss and cannot hear. Asked her to kindly speak up and instead she continued to talk at her low volume not even trying to speak up. Now I’m clueless and looking at my husband who has to tell me what she is saying. Not once did anyone show the behavior or attitude that they care.

The wait time was okay. Front desk was polite. The assistant taking vitals and the xray technician were great. I took my 2 year old in for an Xray of her hand and the guy who came in to check her out didn't even seem like he worked there. Asking questions like “well what do you want me to do about it?” “Your guess is just as good as mine”. “Probably won’t be able to get an xray because she isn’t going to sit still long enough” in which I had to tell him well we’re going to try. And she sat just fine btw. Able to get all her scans. He said they have a splint for her finger, would she let him put it on her? I told him I’m not sure. But she’ll definitely let me slip it on. To which he said “she’s not getting one”. I could’ve easily slipped it on her finger. And he most definitely could have at least tried. It was honestly just a bunch of BS.
