Thank goodness for Nextcare. I went in and expected to not be heard. I was dismissed from a certain clinic across the street earlier in the week. I was told- "you are fine, it has been 2 weeks. You are getting better." Now going into my third week of being sick as heck, I made an online appointment and was seen immediately. The nurse practitioner listened to what was going on and she immediately had an action plan to get me back to my normal happy self. I am grateful for nextcare. They listened when I felt hopeless.

Booking an appointment online was hassle free. Wait time wasn't bad considering the wait room was 2/3 full and all the examining rooms were full. My vitals were taken efficiently and in good time. The attending physician was kind, professional and helpful in his counsel concerning my care. Very impressed! I'm definitely going to use Nextcare when next needed!

Very Polite and professional, service was excellent, I was in and out in like a half hour, even though I got a swab for strep throat, it was quick visit. My medication was sent quickly as well

We were in AZ from NE for a vacation, I developed kidney stones went in to get checked out before leaving the next morning for an 18 hr drive home, she called in a scriped to a place closing within min. I sat in the room for over 30 min without a word said to me....I get they were busy but respect would of been popping in saying were running behind for your apt. when I stepped out she snapped at me and was so rude, made the apt very hostile

Had an appointment at 1:40, I didn’t see the doctor until 3:20. She was very quick, prolly spent less than 5 minutes with me, but she was kind and listened to what I said. Gave me antibiotics and wished me well. I definitely would come again, just wish she took a few more minutes to hear my history of how I felt- but i had already told the triage nurse, so hopefully it was just because she had read my file.
