Very quick service. I had labs done, EKG and lung X-rays done. I didn't come close to finishing my paperwork in the lobby before I was called back. The X-ray tech was waiting outside my room ready to go, when the EKG was done. I waited 30 minutes for the lab results and spoke with the doctor immediately after about my results. In and out. Literally. Everyone was on top of their job.

I like to go to NW when needed, 10 mins from my house. It's like a super Urgent Care. Not busy, you can get in quick and see a Doctor faster then going to a ER. The longest wait is if you get X-rays, it takes forever for a Radiologist to read and report findings. No Radiologist on site. Doctor's and Nurse's are efficient, good bedside manner and quick to assess your problem. Longest we have been their was 5 hrs, 4 hours waiting on a Radiologist to read and write up findings for my wife's CT. Better then any ER.

I was seen quickly and staff was scarce but it wasn't busy at all. They were very compassionate and helpful. Only thing was, I wasn't explained what my diagnosis was. I was given a vague diag without education on it. They basically said "here's some paperwork, we sent your meds, hope you feel better." I had to keep asking questions. But it was clean, quick and helpful, overall.

Was very pleased and happy with my care. Staff was very helpful n friendly. I was called back right away I had not even finished with paperwork when I was already being taken care off. I was in a lot of pain n discomfort medication was given to me right away. CT and blood work followed and in less than then a hr and haft of being taken care off, Dr come in with my diagnosis and treatment plan. I would highly recommend this place.

Would not recommend. Both times I have gone the doctor has spent less than 5 minutes with me. They say, I can’t help you and we will release you. My primary care told me to go and the doctor brushed it under the rug and charged a lot of money for it. Will not be going again. Other ER’s are much better and worth the wait.
