The physician was great, but no one answers the phone. I had to drive back to tell them my pharmacy was closed and to call it into another local pharmacy that would close in 30 minutes. If they had answered the phone instead of making me drive back, there would have been 45 minutes to call into the 2nd pharmacy. So, the receptionist who was on the computer instead of answering the phone was in no hurry to get the prescription called in. She told me the only physician on duty, on Saturday evening at 5:30 was with a patient, but sent her an email. I got angry and left. I got home at 6 and the clinic didn't close until 7. I found a pharmacy open all night so they could call it into that pharmacy before 7. I started calling the clinic at 6, the number on their website and the number on my discharge papers which was different. I called 11 times between 6 and 7 and no one ever answered the phone. While I was there 2 woman were at reception. One came in and took my vitals, obviously a nurse. and a receptionist with her eyes glued to a screen. It was not busy. One patient before me and one after. Why couldn't SOMEONE ANSWER THE PHONE!!! I ended up starting my meds the following day instead of that evening.

I honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience. I was very impressed with their staffs ability to efficiently do their job in such a quick and short period of time. I found that the whole staff was professional, courteous, informative, understanding and over all just had a great way of making me feel better from the moment I walked in the door. I was in and out of there less than an hour, as a walk-in. It was pretty great especially considering how i felt at the time. Thank you Northwest Urgent Care for a job well done!!

I was recently seen by NP Jennifer Neiss at the Speedway NW Urgent Care facility. Jennifer was very professional and thorough in her examination. She listened carefully to what I was experiencing and I had immediate relief from my condition from the recommended treatment and prescribed medication she provided. I also received a comprehensive report on my medical website.

NP Kelly Marechals, is a very professional very personable physician., she's super friendly she asked a lot of questions and didn't just diagnose us right away, very knowledgeable friendly and caring. Most doctors rush you through your visit. This physician is absolutely very wonderful. When we walked out my husband said this is the way a physician should be with their patients.

My experience at Speedway urgent care was very pleasant. The staff very kind and helpful. My tests were completed and the diagnosis was made. Prescription was given to me and I am feeling much better. Three days later, a follow up phone call was regarding the medication I was precribed and was it working for me? I appreciated the follow up care. Thank you.
