If I could give zero stars for the front desk staff, I would. I brought my mother here on a Sunday because she needed urgent care. She has standard State Medi-Cal (Straight Medi-Cal). The front desk refused to accept her, claiming they couldn't verify her insurance over the phone because it was the weekend. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, made an official appointment, and brought her back on Tuesday during regular business hours. Unbelievably, they refused her AGAIN. They gave the exact same excuse about not being able to verify it over the phone, completely ignoring the fact that providers are required to verify Medi-Cal through the state's online web portal. They were either completely untrained or just too lazy to use the proper system. I immediately left and drove to another urgent care nearby. The other clinic verified her insurance instantly online, and my mom got the care she needed fast and with an incredibly easy process. Save yourself the headache and the wasted trips. Go somewhere else where the administrative staff actually knows how to do their jobs and process standard California insurance.

The process of scheduling was great! Registration was a breeze. And checkin was fast simple and pleasant. Front desk was a good experience. Marissa, nurse was super kind, caring and helpful. Dr. listened and was very thorough. EKG techs were professional and I felt very confident in the care I received.

It’s too dirty the clinic I took some picture. Place like this should be clean because it’s easy for the 🦠 to grow quick and the disease. The staff, his name David, I don’t like the way he talk to me. He does not respect the patient. And he does not do his job right? They charge you after the service, which is they should let you know before the service how much will be? Before I see the doctor, they told me $30 After I saw the doctor and x-ray done, they charge me now $70 My main concern the clinic not clean, specially the patient rooms

Went in for an infection I had and I had never been to this place. I was far from my home city and decided to stop by and had wonderful experience. The guys at the front desk were were great when I got called back to the back was very quickly, and the person helping me was extremely courteous, professional, and caring another person who did my bandaging was awesome knew what he was doing and again to Care. The doctor was awesome as well. Basically the entire place was awesome. I’m so grateful that I did find such a a great place and if I ever need further care in the future, I would definitely look to see if there’s one near me. Thank you.

This was my fourth time visiting this urgent care and I can still say that I would highly recommend it. A very good feature is you can book online or even I’ve called in and they’ve put me in an appointment slot over the phone and then I did paperwork online before I went there to make it faster. Just the fact that you can make an appointment at an urgent care is wonderful. Most urgent cares our first come first server as you come in in the waiting room could already be full of people so who knows how long it would take you but obviously you have to wait it out because you wouldn’t be at urgent care if you didn’t need me so I love that fact it’s also very clean in there. The staff is friendly and helpful and they go over details with you about your issue. They’re very thorough and if you have any questions, they don’t rush with an answer. I was very happy and I didn’t take long at all either.
