I had a great experience at this urgent care. I was seen very quickly, which made a big difference since I wasn’t feeling well. The staff ran multiple tests to make sure they had the correct diagnosis, and I really appreciated how thorough they were. Everything was explained clearly, so I felt informed and confident about my treatment. Overall, very professional and efficient care.

I had a negative experience with this office. I was also incorrectly charged and when I first came in I let the receptionist know this happened to me once before at a different providence urgent care. Silly me for expecting her to do it correctly after I explained it. They wasted my time when I was still feeling sick after my visit - during my visit, I expressed to the doctor that I felt like this specific antibiotic didn’t work for me in the past, she replied with “well there’s nothing about that in your chart so call us if you’re still feeling sick” sure enough, I finish the antibiotic and started to feel like my cough was getting worse again. I called and was told “I’ll leave a message with the doctor and we’ll call you back” I waited hours to get a call around 7:30pm that the doctor couldn’t help me because it had been 6 days since I saw her. That should have been clarified when I called earlier, rather than waiting until the evening to tell me that. I would have gone into the office earlier in the day if that were the case. Zero care for a sick patient. And now after all has been said and done, I have to go through the providence business office for the second time because they billed me for an office visit instead of an urgent care visit. Ridiculous and wasting my time further. I will not be visiting another Providence urgent care office again.

I always appreciate the care I receive at Providence Urgent Care facilities. My most recent visit involved some sinus congestion issues that were caused by, in my opinion, some mold resulting from a leaking shower. The staff and the doctor were very helpful and very professional and I am so grateful for their support. Thank you Providence Urgent Care for helping me with my health issues.

Although I had to wait about three hours because they were busy, every staff member greeted me with a smile and was so friendly. They took their time with me and with everyone who came in. My doctor and the nurses had wonderful bedside manner. I’m truly grateful for the care they gave me.

I went to this urgent care facility today for a possible sinus infection. Everything was great! Sign in was easy (first time there). Wait was about 15 minutes. Saw a PA and she was highly professional. Got a couple of subscriptions and also received a very detailed list of my vitals, etc. Will definitely come here again, but hopefully not soon, ha ha.
