Since my first time going to this urgent care I find it to be a good experience staff has always greeted with kindness and respect. The Doctors or Nurse Practitioner have been very thorough and answered any questions I had even asked one of the Doctors there if they had a private business, unfortunately she didn’t I would have gone to her as my primary. I give 5 stars the experience was Great!!.

Honestly it was one of the best Urgent Care experiences I've ever had. I was in and out in under an 1 hour. I walked in and there was only 1 person in the waiting room, who was called in within like 2 minutes of me getting there. The place was clean and the reception staff was nice. I was able to do all the registration from my phone (no dumb physical paperwork). I could text my insurance card, which was great! The doctor was very kind and super helpful. She listened to me and took in all my concerns, diagnosed me with acute sinusitis and I walked out with 3 prescriptions waiting at my pharmacy. One of the things I really appreciated is that they gave me a print out of my medications and what I would be taking as well as more about what acute sinusitis was. That way I could have a deeper understanding of what was going on with me and I didn't have to try and memorize everything she told me in the visit (which can be hard when you're in pain).

I’ve been down hard with flu like symptoms for about a week. I made an appointment for 11:00 Saturday morning. I checked in on-line, which was fast and simple. I arrived at 11, was greeted warmly and was seen within 10 minutes. Everyone I encountered on my visit today was excellent. They were professional, knowledgeable helpful and kind. I’m very impressed and I’m not easy to please. A number of tests were done, including Covid, the flu and Step. I felt noticed and listened to. I never felt like they were rushing through my visit and took time to answer my questions. I was out the door at 11:40 and headed home. My prescriptions had been sent to my CVS pharmacy and were ready quickly. I highly recommend this Urgent Care facility. I’m 70 years old and I’ve been to many over the years but none come close to being as thorough and complete as this one.

We brought our daughter in for cold symptoms and a knee injury, and had a great experience. The staff was kind, patient, and very reassuring. Everything was handled efficiently from check-in to X-ray, and we felt well cared for throughout the visit. Highly recommend for fast and compassionate care.

Great service! Took me right back, got my xray and the results within a reasonable time. They were very nice and helpful. Had no idea you could get an xray at an urgent care. We’ll use them again for sure!
