Genuinely the worst Urgent Care experience I've ever had. Would give zero stars if I could. 1) One of the guys at the check-in counter/a receptionist kept murmuring to his communicator/walkie talkie that my boyfriend and I appear to be siblings (we're not, we're just Asian). As I was fading in and out of consciousness, I heard vague talk about him taking pictures of us. This was without either of our consent, and when I was in a vulnerable state in which I could not react or say anything. 2) Nurse relayed the wrong details to the Doctor. She gave incorrect timeline information and downplayed symptoms, which led to extreme confusion when the Doctor came to see me. 3) Dr. Nguyen. No scrubs, no indication in uniform that he was even licensed, and most importantly, WORST BEDSIDE MANNER EVER. He too, downplayed my symptoms when I was in so much pain that I couldn't even sit upright, barely able to lift my head or speak coherently. He argued with me about when my own pain started, tried to gaslight me into thinking that my pain happened a week ago when I assured him multiple times that it happened minutes before I checked in, and most importantly... he did absolutely nothing to help my pain or explain why I was experiencing! Genuinely wasted an hour of my life, he gave no recommendation to go to the ER, which I ended up having to check into anyways, and spoke with a tone more rude than a teenager working a retail job. Saying "there's nothing we can do about it." and told me to take Advil. Mind you, I was tasting blood, having a severe headache, and trying not to throw up and vomit everywhere. TLDR: don't waste your time here. The treatment you get here is basically equal to or lesser than care of a US public school nurse. The receptionist staff will racially profile you, the nurses can't relay your symptoms correctly, the doctors are extremely rude and insensitive, and you'll just be told to go home. At least a public school nurse would give you a band aid! They won't even do that here. They won't even tell you to go to the ER if you really need to be sent there. Do yourself a favor and go to literally any other urgent care or ER. PS: I want to note that I'm by no means a hypochondriac or one to heavily exaggerate my reviews. I've worked retail and I'm empathetic to healthcare workers since most of my family works in healthcare. I never once raised my voice above library/inside volume, so there's nothing I did that could have possibly provoked all the staff to act as such.

I went into 2 urgent cares, this is the second urgent care from Altamed that say they "accidently over booked" and cant see pacient, suggest go else where. They close at 6pm. I went to the first location at 3pm, over booked went into this second location the first one suggested only for them to say the same thing. Recommended me togo to a third location. Or come back the next day.

the 888 number listed for this location is for a SCAM (something about a special offer for a free medical device, basically one of those pre-recorded things that try to get you to say "yes" so they can fraudulently use your "consent" for spam and whatnot)

Nice people working there but They were too busy to read my tb test so I missed my window. Now I have to take again. I was able to come in the next day and they were able to squeeze me in between appointments. Thank you very much.

"It's probably the easiest doctor's visit ever. The service is top-notch, and all the doctors are ready to do whatever it takes, true professionals. And what's interesting is that if you compare it with Ukrainian state clinics, it's not just night and day; it's completely different. When you go to see a doctor in Ukraine, you have to pay for everything each time. Here, you can sit back, relax, thank them for taking care of everything. And what's really fascinating is that American medicine is geared towards preventing illness. They've scheduled appointments with the doctor every three months for us, just to check our teeth and prevent cavities. So, the focus here is on preventing illness."
