If you visiting this place !!! They put free free rapid test!!!! Nop make sure bring your insurance card or they will charge you 100$ also waiting in line it's 4 hours ++ also don't forget your chair and ambrela you will be toasted outside .don't recommend

Urgent Care Services Anaheim have some very nice people working there. This is really just what the Dr. Ordered, when your not feeling good you want to feel cared for and feel your being listened to. That is what I felt on my visit here. Jazmin at the front desk is so kind and helpful and Dr. Ray took his time and provided good direction on better ways I can improve my health and I didn't feel rushed. Thank you guys ❤️

I came this Urgent Care service to have a quick Covid test because it is very near my house. Waiting for more than four hours to have the quick test and result was a my terrible experience! Not only me. A lot of people stood in a long line from outside through parking lot to the entrance door. The line moved very slowly. Raining was almost of the time I were there. Four hours just for a quick Covid test, it was really very bad service I’ve ever got. Luckily rain was not heavy and I had an umbrella. However, I was almost wet when I received the result of Negative. People said we are not sick because of Covid but because of the cold.

Needed a appointment on short notice and was helped out straight away by Holly. She was kind and professional to the fullest extent. The office was very clean and everyone there was very helpful. The PA that did my check up was extremely thorough. Will be coming whenever I need professional medical attention with a quickness.

Omg hospitals all packed my knee is killing me from rheumatoid arthritis and I don't know where to go so I Google urgent care facilities with X-rays and this place pops up omg this is thee best urgent Care facility I have ever been to, and I've been to alot! The service was great the doc so caring and attentive. I will make this mine and my family's new urgent care.The Doctor is so caring and friendly.and the place is clean and no wait time. Thank you all at this urgent care for making my experience a great one!
